The withholding tax rate applicable to income derived from investment fund units has been updated to be effective between 02/05/2024 and 31/07/2024.

Recently, we have received reports that individuals are using the names and logos of our institutions authorized to operate in the capital market, forged brokerage documents, and/or the names and surnames of individuals working at these institutions, to invite citizens to open accounts for investing in capital market instruments via telephone and/or social media accounts, promising high returns, and requesting them to send money to specified accounts for investment purposes.
