Şirketimizin Kurucusu ve Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Tevfik Eraslan, 26 yıllık sektör deneyimine sahiptir. Türkiye Sermaye Piyasaları Birliği Başkanlığı ve sektörün lider kurumu olan İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Genel Müdürlüğü görevlerini yaptıktan sonra 2021 yılında Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.’yi kurmuştur. Sayın Eraslan halen Borsa İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır.

Eğitim

Sayın Eraslan, İstanbul Üniversitesi İktisat Fakültesi’nden Lisans ve İstanbul Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nden Sermaye Piyasaları konusunda Yüksek Lisans derecesine sahiptir.

Wharton Business School’da “Emeklilik Fonları Yönetimi (Pension Fund Management)”, Insead University ve CFA Ortak Programı’nda “Global Fon Yönetimi (Global Fund Management)” ve Columbia University’de “Executive Management” eğitim programlarına katılmıştır.

Eraslan, evli ve 2 çocuk babasıdır.

Emrah Yücel began his career in the fields of treasury, investment funds, and portfolio management, continuing it at İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler between 2001 and 2014, where he held positions in the Treasury, Domestic Markets, and Portfolio Management departments. At İş Yatırım, he was instrumental in establishing and managing the Portfolio Management Department.

Joining İş Portföy in 2014, he served as Deputy General Manager responsible for all portfolio management activities, including venture capital funds, real estate funds, traditional funds, and portfolios, as well as Financial and Administrative Affairs.

At the beginning of 2022, he decided to continue his career at Rota Portföy, a young startup in the sector.

A member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Association of Institutional Investment Managers, Emrah Yücel graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Mathematics and completed his master's degree in Business Administration at the University of West Georgia.

Kerem Aksoy graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Econometrics in 2006. He then completed his Master's degree in International Finance at Istanbul Bilgi University, Institute of Social Sciences.

He began his professional career in 2006 as an assistant specialist at Deniz Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., as a Treasury specialist at TEB Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 2007-2008, as an authorized person in the Treasury department of Garanti Bankası A.Ş. between 2008-2012, as an Assistant Manager at İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 2012-2016, as a Senior Manager in the Investment Advisory unit of Ünlü Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 2016-2018, and as a Manager in the Product Development and Business Development Directorates of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. since December 2018.

Since April 2022, he has been working at Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. It holds Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Derivatives licenses.

Mahmut Kaya has approximately 30 years of industry experience in economics, financial markets, corporate financial analysis and forecasting, and investment and pension fund management.

He began his career in 1995 as an equity analyst at ING Barings London. Until 1998, he served as a senior equity analyst at the same institution's Istanbul office.

From 1998 to 2012, he served as Deputy General Manager responsible for research at Garanti BBVA Investment. From 2012 to 2022, he worked at Garanti BBVA Portfolio, first as Deputy General Manager responsible for investment management and then as General Manager.

He completed his undergraduate studies in engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1990, followed by a master's degree in business administration from the same university, and an MBA from London Business School in 1996.

Özlem Bayraktar Gökşen, with 23 years of experience in the sector, worked for over six years at Tacirler Yatırım Menkul Değerler before joining Rota Portföy. Prior to that, she held positions as Economist and Chief Economist at Philip Capital, Unicorn Capital, Ekspres Yatırım, HC İstanbul, and Ege Yatırım Menkul Değerler, where she provided strategies and up-to-date analyses on macroeconomic developments to both domestic and international institutional investors.

Gökşen received her undergraduate degree in Econometrics from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, and subsequently completed a "Global Business Management" program at the University of California Riverside. She then obtained her master's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences.

Tankut Taner Çelik has 34 years of experience in the sector. During this time, he has gained in-depth knowledge in management, financial markets, investment products, pension funds, corporate finance, and asset management. Quantitative research, system trading, and data platforms are among his primary areas of interest.

Between 2003 and 2021, he served as General Manager at ING Portfolio Management Inc. and Ziraat Portfolio Management Inc., and also served on the boards of directors of ING Pension Inc., ING Securities Inc., and Ziraat Portfolio Inc. After voluntarily leaving professional life in 2021, he worked independently for a period before joining Rota Portfolio.

He completed his undergraduate studies in English Business Administration at Marmara University, his master's degree at the University of Manchester, and his doctorate at Istanbul Technical University.

Seher Üstün Ersoy graduated from Denizli Er-Bakır Science High School in 2003 and from Istanbul University's English Economics Department in 2007. She then completed her Master's degree in English Economics (with thesis) at Istanbul University's Institute of Social Sciences and joined the Sabancı University Executive MBA Program in 2014.

She began her professional career in 2007 at Garanti Bank A.Ş. in the Private Banking Department. She continued her career in the Investment Banking Department at Garanti Bank A.Ş. in 2011 and worked as a Senior Investment Products Manager at Garanti Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. until 2024.

Since January 2024, she has been working at Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

She holds Level 3 Capital Market Activities and Derivatives licenses.

Meryem Kenan completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and International Relations (100% English) at Istanbul Gelişim University. She also completed her master's degree in Financial Markets and Investment Management at Marmara University.

Kenan began her career in capital markets, working at Midas Securities and ALB Investment.

Since 2024, with the launch of CNBC-e's Turkish broadcasts, she has worked on the programs "Morning Notes," "Global Outlook," and "Emerging Companies," covering economic and market news, as well as publicly traded companies, company balance sheets, sector developments, and business-related topics.

As of January, she is working as the Corporate Communications Director at Rota Portfolio Management Inc.

Selma Çelik holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University, an Executive MBA from Sabancı University, and studies in finance and entrepreneurship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the USA. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economic Policy at Marmara University.

She began her career in the Research Department at Sanko Securities, then worked for a period in the Research Department at Deniz Portfolio, before joining Garanti Emeklilik's Treasury and Pension Funds Department in 2005, a position she held until 2021. Since 2021, she has been the founder of Fonart Insurance and Brokerage Services and Fonart Education Consulting companies. She specializes in individual pension funds, corporate and individual portfolios.

Since November 2023, she has been working at Rota Portfolio Management Inc.

She holds a Level 3 Capital Market Activities license.

Dinemis Budak graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Mathematics in 1996.

She began her professional career in 1997 as an investment specialist assistant in the Capital Markets Department/Dealing Room at T. İş Bankası A.Ş., working in the Repo-Reverse Repo Market, Bond and Bill Market, and Eurobond markets. Between 2006 and 2008, she worked as a Credit Specialist at the Maslak Corporate Branch, and from 2008 to December 2024, she served as Branch Manager at the Ulus, Valikonağı Caddesi, Çamlıca, Kalamış, and Ortaköy branches.

Since December 2024, she has been working at Rota Portfolio Management A.Ş.

She holds Level 3 Capital Market Activities and Derivatives licenses.

Orkut Baştuğ holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Instructional Technologies Education.

After gaining experience in the Cybersecurity and Automotive sectors, he worked in the Financial Technology sector, holding Product and Digital Channel Management positions at ICRYPEX Crypto Asset Trading Platform and Palladium Electronic Money and Payment Services, and served as a product owner in projects such as exchange trading and mobile wallets.

He has been working at Rota Portfolio Management Inc. since March 2024.

Elvan İleri Çevik completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics, and her graduate studies at Marmara University, Department of International Trade and Money Management.

She began her professional career in 2019 as a customer representative at Ahlatcı Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., followed by positions as a customer representative at İntegral Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and then as a Marketing Specialist at Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler in 2022 and as a Senior Marketing Specialist in 2023.

Since April 2024, she has been working at Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Tarık Alğan graduated from Adnan Menderes University, Department of Business Administration.

He began his professional career in 2001 at İş Bankası A.Ş. General Directorate, Capital Markets Department. Between 2001 and 2016, he worked at the Equity and Warrants trading desk, and between 2016 and 2024, at the Precious Metals Position Management desk.

Since October 2024, he has been working at Rota Portfolio Management A.Ş.

Tayfun Al, Marmara Üniversitesi'nden Ekonometri alanında lisans derecesine sahiptir ve aynı üniversitede Finansal Piyasalar ve Yatırım Yönetimi Yüksek Lisans programına devam etmektedir. Kasım 2023'te Yale Üniversitesi'nden Finansal Piyasalar konusunda sertifika programını tamamlamıştır.

Ekim 2022'den Şubat 2024'e kadar Dinamik Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. bünyesinde Yönetmen olarak, Aralık 2019 ile Eylül 2022 arasında ise Meksa Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. portföy yönetiminde, Eylül 2016’dan Mayıs 2018’e kadar Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. bünyesinde ICM Bölümü’nde, Eylül 2014'ten Kasım 2016'ya kadar OSTC Ltd. şirketinde Proprietary Trader olarak görev yapmıştır.

Buket Üçelhan graduated from Selçuk University, Department of Accounting in 1993 and from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration in 2002.

She began her professional career as an Accounting Officer at Ahmet Veli Menger Holding A.Ş. in 1995, as an Accounting Manager at Alternatif Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 1997 and 2009, and as an Assistant Accounting Manager at İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. between 2009 and 2022.

Since May 2022, she has been working at Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

She holds a Level 3 Capital Markets Activities license.

Ulaş Vergili holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Istanbul University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University.

He began his career in retail banking in 1995, working in the operations and marketing teams of the retail and corporate banking departments at Esbank, Garanti, and EGSBank. In 2006, he joined İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., where he served as Department Manager and Assistant Manager, and subsequently as Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager.

Since August 2023, he has been working at Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

He holds licenses in Capital Market Activities Level 3, Derivatives, Credit Rating Expertise, and Corporate Governance.

Tuğba Baltutar graduated from Bartın University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 2020.

She began her career in 2021 as an Assistant Accounting Specialist at Kiler Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc., and continued her work at İntegral Investment Securities Inc. in 2023.

Since March 2024, she has been working at Rota Portfolio Management Inc.

Didem Maden completed her undergraduate studies in Mathematics at Uludağ University and her master's degree in Financial Economics at Marmara University.

She has over 25 years of experience in Capital Market Instruments, Private Banking, and Product Management. She began her career in 1997 as an Assistant Specialist (Dealer) in the Capital Markets Department of T. İş Bankası. She worked on pricing, product development, and product management in capital market instruments. She served as Unit Manager in the Private Banking Marketing and Sales Department, and subsequently worked as a product manager in the Agile Management Department and the Corporate Architecture Department as part of an agile transformation project.

Since March 2024, she has been working at Rota Portfolio Management Inc.

She holds Level 3 Capital Market Activities and Derivatives licenses, as well as CDCS, SAFe 5 Agilist, PAL, PSM, and PSPO licenses.

Önder Özcan received his Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Yıldız Technical University in 2005. He completed his Master's degree in Urban Design and Organization at Yıldız Technical University in 2011.

He began his career as a Valuation Expert at Reel Real Estate Valuation Inc., where he worked for approximately three years. Following this, he held expert and managerial positions in valuation at various companies, including Epos Real Estate Consulting and Valuation Inc. and Bilgi Real Estate Valuation Inc. During his career, he actively participated in valuation processes and the preparation of valuation reports for different types of projects, including residential, commercial real estate, and expropriation projects.

Since June 2023, he has been working at Rota Portfolio Management Inc.

He holds a license as a real estate valuation expert.

A. Buğra Can Ergün graduated from Marmara University, Department of Capital Markets.

He began his professional career in 2020 as a customer representative at Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB), and worked as an investment specialist at Global Menkul Değerler between 2021 and 2024.

Since March 2024, he has been working at Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Hande Özdemir is a graduate of the Statistics Department at Yıldız Technical University.

Büşra Öztaş, who has been working at Rota Portfolio since September 2023, is a graduate of Marmara University's Capital Markets and Anadolu University's International Relations undergraduate programs.

She began her career in the Accounting Department at İlab Ventures.

She has worked in the Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Internal Control Department at Turkish Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and in the Internal Control and Compliance Department at Deniz Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş.

Sinem Çelikcanlı graduated from Marmara University's Tourism and Hotel Management department in 2008 and completed her undergraduate studies in Public Relations and Advertising at Atatürk University.

She began her professional career in 2003 at BTA Food and Services Group. Subsequently, she worked as an Assistant General Manager at Akfen Holding A.Ş. from 2008 to 2015 and at İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. from 2015 to 2021.

Since November 2021, she has been working as an assistant to the Chairman of the Board & General Manager at Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Ramazan Balcı worked in the administrative affairs department of the Securities Directorate at T. İş Bankası between 1992 and 1999, and subsequently as the General Manager's Driver at İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. between 2000 and 2021.

Since November 2021, he has been working as the driver for the Chairman of the Board & General Manager at Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Hatice Uzun worked as administrative staff at Esenyurt Uzmanlar Medical Center from June 2013 to May 2014, and as administrative staff at Viking Tourism and Trade Inc. from November 2014 to June 2023.

Since March 2024, she has been working as kitchen staff at the Taksim Liaison Office of Rota Portfolio Management Inc.

Filiz Şen began her professional life as an office secretary at Kervan Tekstil A.Ş. between 2000 and 2011, as an office assistant at Yıldırım&Uyar Law Firm between 2014 and 2015, at a bagel shop within Denizbank General Directorate between 2016 and 2019, and as an administrative staff member at CarrefourSA Supermarket Chain Group between 2020 and 2021.
