Fund Strategy
The Fund primarily aims to become a partner in companies operating in the logistics sector, or those to be established to operate in the sector, including Teknosab Logistics Park Inc., through capital transfer and/or share transfer, and/or to provide them with financing in the form of a hybrid debt and equity financing structure, and/or to become the founder of these venture companies. It may also make direct investments in organizations established abroad for collective investment purposes to make capital investments in the venture companies defined in the Communiqué.

Principles of Buying and Selling
Investors may participate in the Fund by submitting purchase orders or committing funds, on any business day for 60 days following the end of the initial subscription period and until the 15th of each month for the following 3 years and 10 months. Since the shares can only be redeemed at the end of the Fund's term, except in cases of liquidation, early distribution, or changes to the investor information documents that could affect investment decisions, sales orders on behalf of investors will be created by the Founder.
