Summary Information
Fund Strategy
The Fund primarily aims to invest in industrial companies in need of technological, operational, and commercial transformation, as well as startups operating in sectors that develop, utilize, invest in, or are related to technology, and companies that develop sector-independent solutions for green transformation. Priority will be given to companies that produce digital technology solutions and offer a value proposition in digital technologies for various industries. However, the Fund may also invest in sectors outside these areas if deemed appropriate by the investment committee. The Fund may invest in any type of publicly traded or privately held corporation or limited liability company operating in the aforementioned areas, which have growth and value-added potential, through direct or indirect capital injection, providing structured financing in the form of a mix of debt and equity financing, acquiring shares, or establishing startups.

Principles of Buying and Selling
Investors may participate in the Fund by giving a purchase order or committing funds on any business day for 60 days following the issuance date of the Fund's participation units, on the 15th of each month for the following 10 months, and on the 15th of March, June, September, and December of the second and third years thereafter. After the end of this period, acceptance of purchase orders or commitments of funds to the Fund will only be possible with a decision of the Board of Directors. Since the participation units can only be returned to the Fund at the end of the Fund's term, except in cases of liquidation, early distribution, and changes in the investor information documents that may affect the investment decision, sales orders will be created by the Founder on behalf of the investors. In this case, investors do not need to give a separate sales order, and the price of the participation units will be paid to the investors within the framework of Article 16 of the bylaws, no later than the sixtieth (60) business day following the end of the Fund's term.
