Fund Strategy
The Fund aims to become a partner in companies operating or to be established in the fields of food, beverages, and beverage technology, primarily PIN Global Gıda Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, through capital transfer and/or share transfer, and/or to provide them with financing in the form of a hybrid debt and equity financing structure, and/or to become the founder of these venture companies. It may also make direct investments in entities established abroad for collective investment purposes to make capital investments in venture companies as defined in the Communiqué.

Principles of Buying and Selling
The fund's unit share value (buying/selling price) is calculated on the 15th of each month for 60 days following the issuance date of the fund units, and for the following 2 years and 10 months, and announced on the following business day. If these dates fall on a holiday, the following business day will be used. Additionally, a reference price will be calculated daily for informational purposes (except for the 60-day period following the fund's issuance date). The fund's investment period is a total of 3 years.
