Fund Strategy
The fund aims to become a partner, through capital transfer or share transfer, or to establish venture companies, in joint-stock companies operating in capital markets, primarily Başkent Menkul Değerler A.Ş., that have high growth potential, are not publicly traded, and can achieve growth by strengthening their financial structure, as well as technology-based joint-stock and limited liability companies with high growth potential aimed at developing capital market activities. To this end, it aims to transfer capital and/or become a partner through share transfer to companies operating in capital markets and technology-based companies aimed at developing capital market activities, and/or to provide them with structured financing in the form of a mix of debt and equity financing, and/or to establish venture companies that will operate in capital markets.
